Q. How can I receive shareholder benefits?

Our shareholder benefit application is requested via the internet.
To apply, you must log in using your registered email address, shareholder number, and postal code on our dedicated shareholder website, and then apply for each benefit.

Q. When is the shareholder benefit applicable to shareholders?

Shareholders who have been listed or recorded in the shareholder register with the same shareholder number for one or more units consecutively or in the shareholder register six months before the record date (the end of March and the end of September) are eligible for preferential treatment.
*We check the status of stock holdings on any day other than the record date.
*Holding must be held from the last 6 months before the vesting date

Q. Can shareholder benefits be transferred?

This benefit is only applicable to the use of the shareholder himself/herself, so it cannot be exchanged or transferred.
Although there are people who apply in the name of another person through Internet auctions, etc., we cannot be held responsible for any troubles caused by the use of other than shareholders, so please be careful when handling it.

Q. I am a shareholder of GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. (3769) in my family. Can I apply family benefits to one person at once?

Family benefits cannot be applied to one person at once. Please note.

Q. Can shareholders who are registered as corporations also use shareholder benefits?

At present, GMO Click Securities' corporate account only offers FX trading and foreign exchange options trading, so corporate shareholders cannot use shareholder benefits for stock trading.

Q. If I sell my shares of GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. (3769) and buy them again, will my shareholder number change?

About login methods and email address changes

Q. Where is the shareholder number listed?

The shareholder number is listed in section (1) of the dividend financial statement.

However, for shareholders who moved after the shareholder benefit vesting date, the postal code required for the benefit application may differ.

Q. I received the shareholder pamphlet, but I cannot proceed even if I enter my shareholder number and postal code.

Please check the application start date and time at the bottom of the cover of the benefit pamphlet.
* If shareholders hold rights for the first half of 2026 (vesting as of the end of March 2026), the application acceptance start date is October 1, 2026.

Q. My shareholder number is correct, but I get an error saying, 'There is no match between the 'shareholder number' and 'postal code' you entered.'

There are two possible causes.
1. If the application period for the benefit has not yet started
If shareholders hold rights for the first half of 2026 (with rights recorded at the end of March 2026), the application acceptance start date is October 1, 2026.

2. If postal codes or shareholder numbers differ between the first and second half of the year
To apply for our shareholder benefits, shareholder information listed in the shareholder register as of the record date (end of March and end of September) is required.
If your postal code has changed due to moving, or if your shareholder ID has changed due to the sale of shares, please check your shareholder information at the time you acquired the shareholder benefit rights and apply for shareholder benefits.

About the flow from application to grant

Q. How long is the period eligible for Bitcoin grants?: The target period for shareholder benefits (Bitcoin grants) is from October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027.
If you apply for preferential treatment in the middle of the period and it is applied, the amount of application will be calculated from the transaction of Click Securities eligible for Bitcoin grants from October 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 retroactively.
*Applications will start on October 1, 2026. Thank you for your understanding.
Q. When will I be granted Bitcoin?: (Vested shareholders as of the end of March 2026)
The preferential application period is from October 1, 2026 ~ March 31, 2027. The grant is scheduled for May 2027.
If the information entered when applying for shareholder benefits does not match the account information registered with GMO Click Securities and GMO Coin, you will not be eligible for granting and your application will be canceled.
If your application is canceled, our Shareholder Benefits Office will send an email requesting a reapplication to the e-mail address of the target shareholder.
We will not be able to accept re-applications after the application period for shareholder benefits, so please be sure to apply within the application period.
Q. What should I enter in my GMO Click Securities user ID?: Please note that the user ID of GMO Click Securities is different from the login name.

Q. If I cancel my GMO Click Securities/GMO Coin account after applying for shareholder benefits, will I receive Bitcoin?: Since the account to which it is granted has been canceled, the application for shareholder benefits will be invalid and Bitcoin will not be granted.
Q. If I purchase shares of GMO Payment Gateway, Inc. (3769) at a securities company other than GMO Click Securities, am I eligible for Bitcoin grants?: If you purchased shares of GMO Payment Gateway, Inc.
